The offered services range from project definition, application building and deployment and migration to the customers' equipment; operating services of applications in xSP mode, as well as their maintenance; consultancy, IT department management, strategic planning, identification of risks/opportunities arising from technological changes, support in managing project technical offices, to auditing and quality control in the deployment of change processes, searches for suppliers, tools, etc.
The global approach in all our collaborations or projects maximizes the possibility of success in the projects. The projects and technology changes must always be approached as change projects where, in order to achieve the targeted goals, it is essential to co-ordinately manage the changes affecting people, processes and the organization itself.
